Tool inputs and files
Tools labeled “Local processing” do not send the text, files or generated results you use to WhaleTu servers. Browser memory and temporary object URLs are released when the page is refreshed or closed. Your browser or device may retain files you choose to download.
Network tools
If a future tool must contact an external service, the tool page will identify that behavior before processing and explain what is sent, why it is needed and how long it is retained. WhaleTu does not silently send local-tool content to an AI or analytics provider.
Basic server logs
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request timestamps, user-agent strings and requested URLs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Logs should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operations.
Analytics
With your permission, WhaleTu may use Google Analytics to measure page visits and product events such as tool opened, processing started, success and failure. Event payloads do not contain the contents of your files, text, secrets or generated output. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site integration.
Advertising
With your permission, WhaleTu may load Google AdSense. Google may process cookies, device information and network identifiers under its own policies. Ads are visually separated from tool controls and are never presented as download buttons. Advertising scripts do not load when you choose “Essential only.”
Your choices
You can choose “Essential only” in the privacy control, clear the saved choice from browser storage, use local tools without an account and close a tool page to clear its in-memory state. For regions that require a certified consent platform, advertising remains subject to the publisher's Google consent configuration. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
