Watch Out for Off-Platform Transaction Scams
If anyone asks you to transfer money outside our platform under excuses such as travel companionship, hotel & ticket booking, currency exchange, offline gatherings, certificate agency or commission rebates, this is highly likely a fraud. Please decline all such requests directly.

Stay Away From Low-Price Traps
Travel packages far below market price, favorable exchange rate offers and high rebate promises are all common scams. Do not disclose your ID documents, bank card info, payment verification codes or other private data to strangers.

Handling Suspicious Accounts & Financial Loss
If you spot accounts luring off-platform transactions or impersonating official staff, take screenshots as evidence and report them via the platform reporting channel.
If you suffer financial losses, retain all evidence and report to local police immediately. Send your materials to support@whaletu.com and we will assist with evidence collection.
